The Panasonic SD-ZB2502BXC is a multi-purpose stainless steel breadmaker with 27 bake and dough cooking modes. These modes include a jam function, a compote function, a rapid bake function, and a speciality function that lets you bake loaves with alternative varieties of grain and flour, including spelt flour. We particularly like the integrated nut/raisin and yeast dispensers, adding further to its scope.

There are a couple of loaf options. One of these is the ability to adjust the size of the loaf, with Medium, Large and Extra Large modes. There's also a darkness selector, letting you choose Light, Medium or Dark. The cooking pan is coated in a special non-stick material (diamond-fluro) which makes it incredibly easy to empty and clean. We like the cool-touch exterior.
