We particularly like the nut/dried fruit dispenser. It allows you to evenly mix in such items, letting you up your game and create delicious bread to your specification. The Panasonic SD-2511KXC also has a non-stick diamond-fluro coated bread pan which is both easy to empty and clean. It also has a temperature sensor which adjusts the baking process based on the ambient temperature.
