There are two ways that the Morphy Richards 48280 can be adjusted. The crust setting provides three colours - Light, Medium and Dark. The loaf size options are 1lb, 1.5lb and 2lb. There's also a 13 hour timer which lets you set the breadmaker well in advance. The timer is useful for waking up to freshly baked bread.
