It has a total of 12 cooking modes - Basic, French, Whole Wheat, Quick, Sweet, Dough, Gluten Free, Cake, Sandwich, Butter Milk, Knead and Bake. Such a wide range of functions make this breadmaker a pleasure to use. We particularly like the kneading function which completely removes the traditional arm-aching work.
