The Aolier Bread Machine also comes equipped with a scheduling function. You can delay baking for up to 13 hours. Once the appliance has finished, the keep warm function will automatically engage and maintain the temperature for up to 60 minutes. There's also a 10 minute power-off recovery function. Basically, if the power is interrupted but switches back on within 10 minutes, the breadmaker will resume where it left off.
