The Swan Retro has a temperature control slider which has a variety of options up to 200 degrees Celsius. You can easily adjust the temperature based on the type of food being cooked as well as your personal preferences. On top of the fryer is a handy mechanical 60 minute timer. The fryer is big on safety, with overheating protection, auto-stop, a safe start sensor and non-slip feet.
