The PureMate Air Fryer is a powerful, highly customisable, family sized appliance. It works using the standard air frying method - rapidly accelerating super-hot air around food to create a crispy outside and a moist/tender inside. This is achieved without the use of oil, making your food much healthier than it would be if deep fried. The fryer is ideal for a variety of food, including chips, chicken, steak, bacon, fish, desserts, cakes, etc. It can fry, grill, roast and bake.

There are 7 in-built pre-set programs with recommended temperatures and cooking times for the best food. The fryer is, however, capable of allowing these to be manually adjusted. The temperature can be set between 80 and 200 degrees Celsius, and the timer between 1 and 60 minutes. The fryer comes with a recipe book which contains 13 of PureMate Families top recipes. It contains ideas for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts.
