The Salter EK2818 Air Fryer is a large capacity fryer which utilises rapid heat circulation to quickly cook food. It's a healthier alternative to a deep fat fryer, using little or no oil to cook, whilst still retaining the delicious flavours. The 1300W heating element can heat the oil up to 200 degrees Celsius.

The Salter EK2818 is suitable for a wide variety of food. It can handle chips, onion rings, doughnuts, fritters, desserts, steak, chicken, pork chops, fish, and more. For full control, the fryer has a temperature dial which ranges between 80 and 200 degrees Celsius, and an up to 30 minute timer. When the timer reaches zero, the fryer switches itself off.
