The Ninja Foodi OP350UK has what is known as "TenderCrisp Technology". You can therefore pressure cook a 2kg chicken and then crisp it with ease. The two main modes are pressure cooking and crisping. The cooker has a separate lid for each of these options. There are also temperature settings and a 12 hour keep warm function. The inner pot and basket are both dishwasher friendly.
