The Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus is straightforward to use. It has an easy-seal lid which automatically seals the pressure cooker. Decompressing the appliance is made simple and even safer due to the steam diffusing cover. The decompressing time is also greatly reduced thanks to "QuickCool Technology". The cooker is easy to clean, and has dishwasher safe components. We also like the extra-large display screen which is angled for better readability.
