The ANSIO Electric Multi-Cooker is a 15-in-1 multi-purpose and programmable pressure cooker. Pressure cooking is advantageous over conventional oven cooking due to the fact that it's faster and more efficient. The cooker has options for Meat, Poultry, Vegetables, Steam, Saute, Slow Cook, White Rice, Brown Rice, Beans, Broth, Curry, Soup, Multigrain, Congee and Yoghurt. It has a large 5.7 litre capacity which is ideal for family cooking and dinner parties. It also has a keep warm function so that you can serve hot food.

We particularly like the control panel with an accompanying LED display for convenient use. The panel has "+" and "-" buttons in order to increase/decrease the cooking time. The panel also has options for low, medium and high pressure to suit different types of food. There are a number of recipes included with the instruction manual.
