In terms of accessories, the Salter EK4360 Mini Oven comes with a baking tray, a wire rack (for rotisserie), and a handle for the baking tray or wire rack. One feature of particular interest is the large viewing window which lets you watch your food cook. We particularly like the fact that when the timer reaches zero, the mini oven will automatically switch off.
