The Igenix IG8035 Deep Fat Fryer is a large capacity and powerful fryer which delivers excellent results. It perfectly fries all sorts of foods, including chips, vegetables, meat, fish, desserts and more. It's ideal for the kitchen, holiday homes, caravans, student accommodation, etc. It has a number of useful features, including a large basket, a convenient viewing window and a variable thermostat which ranges between 130 and 190 degrees Celsius.

One aspect of the Igenix IG8035 which we particularly like is the fact that its components are removable. The basket, lid and inner bowl all come away to allow for easy cleaning. Furthermore, the frying basket's handle detaches. For convenience, there are food symbols with the recommended temperature next to them on the lid. The lid also contains a filter.
