The De'Longhi FS6055 has an adjustable temperature, ranging from 150 to 190 degrees Celsius. It heats up rapidly, helped in part by a powerful 1800W heating element. One feature which we particularly like is the extra-large viewing window on top which not only lets you see your food cooking, it also removes the need for opening the lid to look.
