The CUSIMAX Deep Fryer is fully adjustable, with in-built temperature and timer control. The temperature ranges between 140 and 190 degrees Celsius in intervals of 10. The timer ranges from 20 to 120 minutes. You're therefore given plenty of freedom over how well cooked your food is. The fryer also has an extra-large viewing window, as well as an easy to clean design which includes a removable lid and a non-stick oil tank.
